Job Description
Job Title: Field Operations Specialist (FOS) – E-Rickshaw Onboarding
Location: Delhi NCR
Role Overview:
We are hiring Field Operations Specialists (FOS) to onboard E-Rickshaw drivers onto the Rapido platform and help them start accepting rides through the Rapido app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned areas and connect with E-Rickshaw drivers.
- Explain the benefits of partnering with Rapido.
- Complete driver onboarding and documentation.
- Train drivers on using the Rapido app.
- Ensure onboarded drivers start taking rides on the platform.
- Meet daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Requirements:
- 10th Pass or above.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel across Delhi.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives.
