Field Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone to collect overdue payments.
• Follow up on pending payments and maintain collection records.
• Resolve customer queries related to payments.
• Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines.
• Update collection status in the system and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
