FIELD COLLECTION EXECUTIVE-

Job Role: Field Collection Executive

Department: Collection & Recovery


  • Job Responsibilities:Visit customers at their registered/residential address for payment collection.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and overdue payments.
  • Handle collection and recovery of outstanding payments professionally.
  • Maintain daily records of customer visits, payments, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
  • Coordinate with the office/team regarding customer status and payment updates.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues professionally.
  • Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
  • Requirements:Experience in Field Collection / Debt Recovery / Banking Collection preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of local areas and routes.
  • Comfortable with extensive field work.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • DRA candidates only can apply.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: 12000-18000
