JOB ROLES -

Supervise 20–50 workers on the shop floor.

Allocate daily work to operators and helpers.

Ensure production targets are achieved.

Check quality of paper bags before dispatch.

Reduce wastage and rejection.

Maintain production reports.

Coordinate with dispatch and inventory

Ensure workers follow safety practices.

Report issues immediately.

Coordinate with office team
