Event Coordinator - Job Description

Location: New Delhi (Travel Required)


Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Event Coordinator to manage sponsorship outreach, coordinate event activities, and support the successful execution of events. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, working knowledge of MS Office applications, and the flexibility to travel to different cities as required.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sponsors through calls, emails, and meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from conception to completion.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless event      execution.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and event-related documentation.

• Manage event logistics and provide on-site support during events.

• Travel to various cities for event planning, coordination, and execution.


Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 25–35 years

• Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.


Preferred Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in Event Management, Sponsorship Acquisition, Business Development, or Client Coordination.

• Experience in handling corporate partnerships and sponsorship activities will be an added advantage.
