Education Counsellor Study Abroad

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will provide personalized counseling, assist with course and career planning, and support students throughout the admissions and enrollment process.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one academic and career counseling to students.
• Assess students’ interests, skills, and academic background to recommend suitable programs and career paths.
• Guide students through college/university admissions processes (applications, documentation, deadlines).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational programs, institutions, and industry trends.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and seminars for students and parents.
• Assist students with scholarship and financial aid information.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with academic institutions and internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Proven experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student advisory roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess student needs and provide tailored guidance.
• Knowledge of local and international education systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
