Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- Process orders received from Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zomato, and other online marketplaces.
- Verify customer details, payment status, and product availability.
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order packing and dispatch.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Update inventory across all e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate order and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and delivery issues.
- Respond to customer queries regarding order status and delivery.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately with minimal errors.
- Prepare daily sales and order reports.
- Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, and other e-commerce portals.
- Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, sorting, reports).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure during sale periods.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
