Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
- Monitor daily order processing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels across all platforms.
- Handle marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, Jiomart, etc.
- Analyze operational KPIs including order fulfillment rate, SLA adherence, return rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.
- Monitor seller performance metrics and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present operational insights to management.
- Lead, train, and manage the operations team to achieve business goals.
