Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders from order confirmation to dispatch.

Coordinate with clients regarding order status, artwork approvals, and delivery timelines.

Follow up with internal teams to ensure all orders are completed and shipped on schedule.

Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Verify that all order details, designs, and specifications are accurate before production.

Coordinate with the production, design, and shipping teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.

Maintain accurate order records and ensure every task is completed on time.
