Position: E-commerce Executive (Meesho Specialist)

Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹24,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)

Experience: Mandatory experience in managing Meesho seller panel and children's book/publishing categories preferred.

Bookford Publications Private Limited is a premier children's book manufacturing and publishing house located in Swarn Park, Mundka, Delhi. We manage an integrated in-house manufacturing, printing, and publishing operation dedicated to crafting engaging children's literature, educational books, coloring books, and mythological titles. We are expanding our digital marketplace footprint and are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Meesho E-commerce Executive to drive our catalog growth and sales performance on the platform.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCatalog Management: Upload, list, and optimize single and combo book listings on the Meesho seller panel with accurate descriptions, high-converting titles, and correct categorization.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor live inventory levels across fast-moving children's book titles, sets, and coloring books to prevent stockouts and fulfill orders seamlessly.
• Pricing & Margin Strategy: Analyze marketplace trends, competitor pricing, and platform commission structures to maintain competitive pricing while protecting profit margins.
• Order Processing & Fulfillment: Oversee day-to-day order processing, label generation, dispatch tracking, and timely fulfillment to maintain high seller ratings and avoid penalties.
• Ads & Promotional Campaigns: Manage Meesho promotional tools, ad campaigns, and deal participation to maximize product visibility and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Returns & Grievance Management: Track return ratios, analyze root causes for customer returns or damages, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure secure packaging.
• Performance Reporting: Track weekly and monthly sales reports, ROI metrics, conversion rates, and revenue growth to present actionable insights to management.

• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing an active e-commerce seller account, specifically Meesho, on a daily basis.
• Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in publishing, children's books, stationery, or FMCG catalog management is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for bulk inventory uploads, data sorting, and sales data tracking.
• Operational Knowledge: Clear understanding of courier integrations, panel policies, RTO (Return to Origin) reduction strategies, and marketplace compliance guidelines.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and effective coordination skills.
