E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our presence on Amazon and Flipkart, while also handling our social media and digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing marketplace accounts and understand how to improve product visibility, sales, conversions and overall online revenue.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce – Amazon & Flipkart

• Manage complete Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
• Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords and images.
• Manage product catalogues, pricing, inventory and stock availability.
• Process and monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and customer queries.
• Monitor account health, seller performance, reviews and ratings.
• Plan and manage Amazon/Flipkart advertising campaigns and optimize them for better ROI.
• Track sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance and product-wise profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through SEO, promotions, advertising and catalogue optimization.
• Coordinate with the internal team for inventory, dispatches and order fulfilment.
• Launch new products and continuously improve existing listings.
• Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance and growth.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage company presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, product creatives, videos and stories.
• Develop a monthly social media content calendar.
• Handle basic graphic design/video editing using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, leads and sales.
• Manage and optimize Meta/Google advertising campaigns where required.
• Improve website/product visibility through basic SEO and digital marketing activities.
• Track digital marketing performance and suggest improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Amazon/Flipkart account management and digital marketing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Understanding of marketplace advertising, SEO, keywords and product ranking.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of online sales growth.
• Experience with healthcare, safety, industrial or B2B products will be an advantage.
