E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various e-commerce marketplaces and our official website. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end marketplace operations, product listings, inventory management, and coordination with logistics partners to ensure smooth business operations.

• Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Marketplace Management: Handle daily operations on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.) and our own B2C website.
• Product Listing & Cataloging: Create, update, and optimize high-quality product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve visibility.
• Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels across warehouses/portals and coordinate with the production/dispatch team to prevent stock-outs or order cancellations.
• Logistics & Returns Coordination: Oversee daily dispatches and coordinate with courier/fulfillment partners (e.g., Shiprocket, iThink Logistics) to manage shipments, RTOs (Return to Origin), and undelivered orders.
• Promotions & Ads: Execute deals, coupons, and promotional campaigns on marketplaces to boost sales.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, track returns, and monitor payment reconciliations.

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as an E-commerce Executive or similar role.
• Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and quick-commerce onboarding (like Blinkit) is a huge plus.
• Website Management: Basic understanding of WordPress/WooCommerce backend for handling direct website orders is preferred.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data management and reporting.
• Logistics Tech: Familiarity with shipping aggregators and handling KYC/remittances.
• Communication: Good written communication skills for basic product descriptions and coordinating with platform support.
