E-commerce Advertising ManagerJob SummaryWe are looking for an E-commerce Advertising Manager responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other quick-commerce/e-commerce platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage marketplace advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and search campaigns.
• Develop keyword, product, audience, and competitor targeting strategies.
• Monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, sales, and campaign profitability.
• Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, placements, and product targeting regularly.
• Identify high-performing and underperforming SKUs and create appropriate advertising strategies.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve campaign performance.
• Manage promotional campaigns around festivals, sales events, launches, and seasonal periods.
• Coordinate with the catalog, content, pricing, and sales teams to improve overall marketplace performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Track advertising spend and ensure campaigns remain within the allocated budget.
• Test new campaign structures, creatives, keywords, and targeting strategies to improve ROI.
• Analyze marketplace data to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and market share.
• Required Skills1–4 years of experience in E-commerce/Marketplace Advertising or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and/or Quick-Commerce Ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC and performance marketing metrics.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of marketplace sales funnels and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
