*Key Responsibility*
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display & YouTube).
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
Create and manage campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
Coordinate with the Creative Team for high-converting ad creatives, copies, hooks, banners, and videos.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
Analyze website and campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Optimize product-level campaigns for product launches, best sellers, seasonal offers, and promotional campaigns.
Manage remarketing campaigns, catalog ads, dynamic product ads, and lookalike audience campaigns.
Track daily campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta and Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Requirement 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for D2C or E-commerce brands.
Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels.
Experience with Catalog Ads, Remarketing, and Lookalike Audiences.
Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Personal Care brands is a plus.
