Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads & Google Ads)

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist who understands real-world marketing, not just theories and certifications.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization
• Continuously test creatives, offers, and marketing strategies
• Work closely with the business team to drive sales growth
• Requirements:Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and conversion-focused marketing
• Ability to read and interpret marketing data effectively
• Experience with Shopify stores is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
