Dietitian & Customer Counselling:

Conduct consultations through phone and WhatsApp; understand dietary habits, lifestyle and health concerns; provide personalized diet and lifestyle guidance as per company protocols and professional scope; explain recommendations simply; educate customers on healthy eating and lifestyle practices; maintain consultation records; coordinate with senior dietitians/healthcare team when required; conduct regular follow-ups; build professional customer relationships.

Wellness & Product Counselling:

Explain relevant wellness services and nutritional supplements; provide clear information about available services/products; address customer queries professionally; escalate health-related concerns to the appropriate senior/healthcare team when required.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular customer communication; follow up regarding diet adherence, service progress and product requirements; handle queries and concerns; ensure a positive customer experience.

Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily consultation, call and follow-up records; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; update CRM; coordinate with sales, operations and dietitian/healthcare teams; participate in meetings and training; follow company SOPs and communication standards.
