Delivery Associate

We are looking for a responsible, customer-friendly, and punctual Delivery Executive to join our bakery team. The primary responsibility is to deliver cakes safely and on time to customers. Since the average daily deliveries are around 5–6 orders, the executive will also assist at the retail counter by serving walk-in customers and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery ResponsibilitiesDeliver cakes and bakery products safely and on time.
• Handle products carefully to maintain their quality and presentation.
• Collect payment (if required) and ensure proper order handover.
• Follow the assigned delivery routes efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers.
• Report completed deliveries and any delivery-related issues to the store manager.
• Counter Sales ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers and assist them in selecting products.
• Explain product details, flavors, sizes, and pricing.
• Generate bills using the POS system.
• Pack cakes and bakery items neatly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter.
• Arrange product displays and replenish stock as required.
• Assist in handling customer queries and basic order coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Own smartphone with Google Maps knowledge.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work on weekends and festivals.
• Working Hours9-hour shift (including break)
• Weekly Off: 1 day (as per company policy)
