Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Customer Relationship & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, explaining our products and services, and converting potential customers into successful sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Explain our products, services, and training programs clearly to potential customers.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Record customer interactions and update CRM or lead management systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Achieve monthly sales and customer engagement targets.
  • Required Skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, and social media for customer communication.
  • Ability to maintain customer records and reports.
  • Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or business development.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
