Position: Support Executive

Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Support Executive to assist customers with inquiries, lisening call, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor support tickets and ensure adherence to response and resolution timelines.
  • Assist customers with account-related queries and technical support as needed.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and support activities.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

  • 12th pass , Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or client servicing.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
