- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries related to two-wheeler and four-wheeler loan processes through chat and email.
- Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, eligibility, and approval status.
- Resolve queries regarding EMI, repayment schedules, loan disbursement, and outstanding amounts.
- Provide accurate information about loan procedures and required documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues within the defined TAT.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Prior experience in vehicle loan processes, preferably in customer support, chat, or email processes.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler/four-wheeler loans, loan documentation, and EMI procedures.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle customer queries professionally.
