Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Attend customer calls and queries through various platforms and respond to support emails professionally
· Create, assign, and update support tickets in CRM
· Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback calls with clients
· Coordinate and prioritize tasks for support engineers
· Track ticket status, escalations, and closures
· Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and client communication
· Prepare daily/weekly internal support reports and performance summaries
· Monitor response time and resolution time as per company standards
· Communicate internally with technical teams for faster issue resolution
· Maintain discipline, process adherence, and service quality within the team
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
· Strong coordination and team-handling ability
· Good knowledge of email drafting, MS Excel, and CRM usage
· Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
· Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
· Consistent follow-up discipline
Eligibility
· Graduate in any discipline
· 1 year in corporate
