Job Title: Customer Service Executive / Customer Support – Operations.


Location: 4/73, Block 15A, WEA, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi, 110005

Job Type: Full-Time 11 Am to 8 Pm.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive / Customer Support - Operations to manage customer interactions and support daily business operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, customer feedback, and maintaining customer records while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend walk-in customers at the store professionally.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
  • Collect and maintain customer feedback records.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and service requests.
  • Maintain customer databases and daily activity records.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams.
  • Prepare daily reports of customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Support day-to-day store and office operations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
  • Basic English communication and writing skills.
  • Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet, WhatsApp Web).
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Qualification

  • Graduate (Any Stream) Preferred.
  • 12th Pass with relevant skills may also apply.

Experience

  • Fresher to 3 Years Experience.
  • Customer service, retail, telecalling, or front desk experience will be an added advantage.

Salary

  • 18000 to 30000 As per experience and interview performance.
