Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming patient calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Coordinate with patients, doctors, hospitals, and technicians for smooth service delivery.
- Register patient details accurately in the company software.
- Schedule installations and removals of Holter, ABPM, ELR, and Sleep Study devices.
- Follow up with patients regarding reports and service updates.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely execution of services.
- Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, and pending cases.
- Support hospital partners and referring doctors with service-related queries.
Ensure proper communication and documentation of all cases.
