About the Role
Join as a Customer Service Associate and be the first point of contact for our customers — resolving queries, handling concerns, and making sure every interaction leaves a good impression. Real conversations, real impact — not a desk job.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on unresolved concerns
- Coordinate with sales and field teams to address customer concerns
- Support onboarding of new customers
- Report recurring issues and feedback to your manager

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
