Job Description
Hiring: Customer Support Executive
📍 Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
🕒 Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Work Responsibilities
• Call customers for COD order confirmation before dispatch
• Attend customer queries on WhatsApp, calls, and other channels
• Create and track customer support tickets and ensure issues are resolved
• Reply to social media messages (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
• Maintain records of customer complaints and orders
Requirements
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Web and basic computer tools
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Responsible and organized
