Job Description
Customer Calling Executive – Female
We are looking for a confident and friendly Customer Calling Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers and handle incoming enquiries.
- Explain our fancy mirror products, designs and prices.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Share product photos, catalogues and quotations with customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and orders.
- Maintain basic customer records and daily follow-up reports.
- Build good relationships with customers and help convert enquiries into orders.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)
