Credit Officer

Experience: 1-2 Years

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Officer with hands-on experience in the NBFC/Fintech sector.

Key Requirements:

✔ Experience in Personal Loan / Payday Loan segment (Mandatory)

✔ Strong understanding of credit appraisal, underwriting, and lending policies

✔ Hands-on experience in reloan / renewal / top-up loan processing

✔ Ability to assess customer profiles, banking patterns, and repayment capacity

✔ Good knowledge of risk assessment and loan evaluation processes

✔ Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct credit assessment and verification of loan applications

✔ Analyse financial and customer data to evaluate repayment capability

✔ Process personal loan and repeat loan applications as per policy guidelines

✔ Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards

✔ Coordinate with operations, collections, and sales teams for smooth processing

✔ Maintain proper documentation and timely reporting
