Counter Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to manage customer interactions and sales at our retail store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending products, handling billing, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and assist them with their product requirements.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable dry fruits, nuts, seeds, spices, pickles, murabba, ghee, honey, and other food products.
• Explain product details, pricing, varieties, and offers to customers.
• Handle counter sales and billing accurately.
• Manage cash, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Weigh, pack, label, and hand over products as per customer requirements.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure the counter and shelves are well organized.
• Check product availability and coordinate for stock replenishment.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the sales counter.
• Support stock checking, order preparation, and other daily store activities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and maintaining good customer relationships.
