Counter Sales Executive

● Welcome and assist customers at the sales counter, listening to their needs and

recommending appropriate products.

● Answer product-related questions, resolve service issues, and ensure smooth order

processing and payment collection.

● Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and convey technical details or benefits clearly.

● Prepare accurate job quotes, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse staff for

stock and deliveries.

● Manage inventory reporting, participate in cycle counts, and support routine stock

checks.

● Keep the counter area clean, organized, and in line with safety standards

● Uphold the company’s image and values in all customer interactions.
