Job Title: Retail Sales Executive / Shop Sales Staff
Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our shop. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, building customer confidence, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Basic English communication skills are required.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products.
- Develop strong product knowledge to explain features, benefits, and comparisons effectively.
- Identify customer pain points and offer solutions that match their needs.
- Convert walk-in customers into buyers through effective communication and product demonstrations.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximize sales value.
- Build customer trust and long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections confidently and close sales successfully.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is organized and presentable.
- Assist with inventory management and stock monitoring.
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payment transactions.
