Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, process orders, handle billing, and ensure an excellent customer experience while maintaining the store's daily operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Handle counter sales and process orders accurately.
• Generate bills and accept payments through cash, UPI, cards, and other payment methods.
• Manage online and offline orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen/production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter.
• Keep track of stock availability and inform the manager about low inventory.
• Assist in opening and closing store operations.
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
