Location: Vikaspuri, New Delhi

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Counselor who can guide students regarding Distance & Regular courses, handle admissions, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding B.Ed, D.El.Ed, LLB, MBA, BBA, BA, B.Com, MA, M.Com and other courses.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls.

Convert inquiries into admissions.

Guide students throughout the admission process.

Maintain student records and CRM.

Follow up with interested candidates.

Coordinate with the admission team.

Achieve monthly admission targets.

Provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

Basic English communication.

Good convincing and counseling skills.

Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility

Graduation in any stream.

Minimum 1 year experience in Education Counseling/Admission Counseling.

Female candidates preferred.
