About FLAVR:

FLAVR is a fast-growing food brand and cloud kitchen in South Delhi serving continental, Chinese, momos, wraps, burgers, sandwiches, salads, bowls, shakes and healthy meals. We are looking for a skilled and sincere Continental Cook / Commi 1 / CDP who can handle continental food preparation, maintain quality and work properly in a cloud kitchen setup.

Work Profile:

The candidate should be able to prepare and assemble continental and fast-food items as per FLAVR recipes and standard portion sizes.

• Sandwiches
• Wraps
• Pita pockets
• Salads
• Healthy bowls
• Rice bowls
• Protein bowls
• Fries and loaded fries
• Toasts
• Basic pasta / continental items
• Sauces, dips and dressings
• Shakes / smoothies support if required

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare continental food items like burgers, sandwiches, wraps, pita pockets, salads and bowls as per standard recipe.
2. Handle food preparation, cutting, chopping, grilling, assembling and final packing support.
3. Prepare sauces, dips, dressings and fillings as per kitchen requirement.
4. Maintain taste, presentation, portion size and consistency in every order.
5. Ensure fast preparation for Swiggy, Zomato and direct orders.
6. Keep the work counter, fridge, ingredients and kitchen area clean and organized.
7. Follow hygiene standards including gloves, cap, clean apron and proper food handling.
8. Check raw material freshness and inform senior/manager if any item is short or spoiled.
9. Help in pre-preparation before order rush, including cutting vegetables, preparing fillings, sauces and mise-en-place.
10. Coordinate with packing and dispatch team to ensure orders go out correctly and on time.
11. Avoid wastage and use ingredients as per standard portioning.
12. Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety and cleaning instructions properly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in continental kitchen / fast food kitchen / cloud kitchen preferred.
• Should know preparation of burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads and sauces.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety is required.
• Should be able to work under order pressure.
• Should be disciplined, punctual and sincere.
• Should be willing to follow standard recipes and portion control.
• Cloud kitchen / QSR / cafe experience will be preferred.
• Commi 1 / CDP level candidate preferred.
