Content Writer

Position Overview

My Mudra Fincorp Limited is seeking an experienced Content Writer to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing search-engine-optimized content for the organization's digital platforms. Candidates are expected to possess a thorough understanding of Google's content quality guidelines, including the Helpful Content Update and E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) standards, and to apply these principles consistently in their work.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop well-researched, accurate, and engaging content for the company's website, blogs, landing pages, and product pages

· Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices in a manner consistent with Google's content quality guidelines

· Ensure all content strictly adheres to E-E-A-T principles and avoids practices that may be considered manipulative or low-value by search engines

· Translate complex financial and lending concepts into content that is accessible to a general audience

· Coordinate with the SEO, design, and marketing teams to plan and execute content calendars

· Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and factual correctness

· Monitor updates to Google's search algorithms and content policies, and adjust content strategy accordingly

· Periodically review and optimize existing content to improve search visibility and performance

Required Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable professional experience in content writing, supported by a portfolio of published work

· Sound working knowledge of SEO principles and Google's official content quality guidelines

· Prior experience writing content within the finance, lending, or fintech sector will be considered a significant advantage

· Excellent command of written English, including strong grammar, structure, and research abilities

· Working familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, SurferSEO, or Ahrefs will be preferred

· Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet defined deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

· Exposure to AEO/GEO (Answer Engine Optimization / Generative Engine Optimization) content practices

· Working knowledge of on-page SEO techniques and content structuring for featured snippet placement
