Content Creator

The Phone Mechanic is looking for an intelligent, creative, and passionate Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging and informative content related to mobile repair training, technology, student success stories, and educational programs. The candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.

We are looking for someone who can take our content to the next level and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.

This role requires someone who can independently plan, create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, viral content ideas, and competitor activities to develop fresh content concepts.
• Plan and execute content strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Write scripts, captions, and content copies for videos and social media posts.
• Shoot and edit professional-quality videos using mobile devices and editing software.
• Cover classroom activities, workshops, live repair demonstrations, and student success stories.
• Create educational and promotional content related to mobile repair training and technology.
• Coordinate and assist with influencer collaborations and content campaigns.
• Collaborate with trainers and team members to develop informative and engaging content.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting of content.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and audience insights.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

• Strong creativity and content ideation skills.

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• A smart, confident, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for content creation.
• Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or content creation is a plus.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or video production is preferred.
