Online Sales Executive — Tijohri Jewellers

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken female candidate to handle online customer queries and showcase our premium diamond jewellery collection to customers digitally.

🔴 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries on WhatsApp and Instagram DMs promptly and professionally
• Conduct live video calls with female customers to show and explain jewellery pieces
• Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales and store visits
• Manage and reply to Instagram comments and DMs daily
• Maintain follow-ups with interested customers to generate leads
• Keep records of customer interactions and update status regularly
• Coordinate with the team for order confirmations and product availability

✅ Required Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent spoken and written English — non-negotiable
• Good-looking and well-presented on camera for video calls
• Good knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp Business
• Basic computer skills for daily work
• Confident, friendly, and persuasive communication style
• Interest in jewellery, fashion, or luxury lifestyle

📋 Job Details:

• 📍 Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi (on-site)
• 🕐 Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 📅 Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off)
• 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• 👩 Female candidates only — Age 18 to 30

⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience in jewellery, retail, or fashion sales
• Experience handling social media for any brand
• Familiarity with luxury or premium product brands
