Job Description – Commis (Commis 1 / Commis 2 / Commis 3)
- Help prepare and cook food as per the kitchen's recipes.
- Cut, chop, clean, and prepare ingredients.
- Keep the kitchen, work area, and utensils clean.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Help with stocking and storing food items properly.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared on time.
- Reduce food wastage and handle ingredients carefully.
- Follow instructions given by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
- Be willing to learn and support the team whenever required.
