Commis 1/2/3 - Eatly Cloud Kitchen
Location: Delhi NCR
Eatly is a healthy quick service restaurant bringing authentic South Indian food to Delhi served fresh, in under 5 minutes, at affordable prices. As we grow our kitchen operations across outlets, we are looking for dedicated kitchen professionals to join our team and grow with the brand.
Commis 1
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 years in a professional or restaurant kitchen
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook South Indian dishes as per standardised recipes and portion sizes.
- Manage order billing and dispatch coordination through Swiggy and Zomato.
- Ensure adherence to food production, hygiene, and quality SOPs.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as per prescribed procedures.
- Monitor inventory, track stock consumption, and coordinate supplier purchases.
- Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations and timely order fulfilment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a professional, restaurant, or cloud kitchen.
- Strong understanding of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with Swiggy/Zomato order management and billing processes.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong commitment to food safety, hygiene, and process discipline.
Commis 2
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing South Indian dishes as per recipes and portion standards.
- Pack and seal food items accurately for dine-in and delivery orders.
- Follow food production and kitchen SOPs.
- Receive, inspect, and organise kitchen supplies and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across the kitchen.
- Support senior kitchen staff in daily operations.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of kitchen or food industry experience; freshers from hotel management or culinary programs are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of South Indian cuisine and food preparation.
- Attention to detail in packing, sealing, and food handling.
- Willingness to learn and follow established processes.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Commis 3
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers welcome)
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in basic food preparation and ingredient prep.
- Support packing and dispatch of dine-in and delivery orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Receive, store, and organize kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
- Assist senior kitchen staff in daily operations.
- RequirementsFreshers or up to 6 months of kitchen or food service experience.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food handling.
- Willingness to learn South Indian food preparation and kitchen processes.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Hindi communication; basic English is an added advantage.
