The Commis I/II (Continental) role involves preparing and cooking continental cuisine under the guidance of senior chefs. You will maintain kitchen hygiene, assist in inventory control, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. This position is ideal for someone passionate about culinary arts and eager to develop their skills in a busy kitchen environment.

• ResponsibilitiesPrepare and Cook continental dishes according to recipes.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support in menu development and planning.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.
• QualificationsDiploma or certification in culinary arts.
