Job Description
We have vacancy for Collection for Loan and Credit Card.
Call customers to collect overdue payments.
Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs/bills.
Negotiate payment commitments and ensure timely recovery.
Maintain accurate call records and collection updates.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with the team and report collection status.
