*Job Summary*

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Collections Executive to manage field collections for delinquent loan accounts. The role involves regular field visits, digital collection of outstanding dues, achieving assigned collection targets, and submitting daily activity reports. This position is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.

*Key Roles & Responsibilities*

* Conduct daily field visits to customers with delinquent loan accounts.

* Collect overdue payments through approved digital payment modes.

* Meet assigned collection targets and performance milestones.

* Maintain professional interactions with customers while ensuring compliance with company policies.

* Submit Daily Collection Reports (DCR) with accurate updates on customer interactions and collection status.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of collection-related issues.

* Adhere to organizational processes, regulatory guidelines, and ethical collection practices.

*Eligibility Criteria*

* Educational Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline.

*Experience*

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in collections or recovery will be preferred.

* Experience in Two-Wheeler Loans or Personal Loans will be an added advantage.

*Certification*

DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is preferred.

*Age Criteria*

Candidates should be below 35 years of age.

*Gender Preference*

Male candidates are preferred due to the field nature of the role.

*Work Location*

Hiring is conducted at the city level.

*Working Hours*

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

*Weekly Off*

*No weekly off*

*Compensation*

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Conveyance Allowance: ₹4,000 per month

*Required Skills*

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

* Basic knowledge of digital payment methods.

* Target-oriented with strong negotiation and customer handling skills.

* Honest, disciplined, and committed to achieving assigned goals.

*Preferred Candidate Profile*

* Graduate with a positive attitude and willingness to work in field collections.

* Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned city.

* Familiarity with loan recovery processes will be an advantage.

* Possession of a valid driving license and a two-wheeler is preferred.
