Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC Turning Centers and VMC machines.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and other CNC controls.
• Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, coolant, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot servo alarms, spindle issues, ATC problems, and axis faults.
• Install, level, and commission machines at customer sites when required.
• Inspect imported machines and prepare them for sale.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls is essential.
• Experience with Doosan, Hyundai WIA, Mori Seiki, Okuma, Haas, or similar CNC machines will be preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic drawings.
