Job Description

Machine Operation: Run CNC mills, lathes, or routers safely and efficiently to complete production runs.

Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and work orders to determine dimensions and tolerances.

Setup and Loading: Mount tools, fixtures, and raw materials into the machine securely.

Quality Control: Measure finished parts using precision tools like calipers and micrometers to verify specifications.

Monitoring and Adjustments: Watch the machining process closely and make minor offset or speed adjustments as needed.

Maintenance and Safety: Keep the work area clean, conduct basic preventive maintenance, and follow safety rules.
