About Us

Studio Pep Photography is a premium wedding photography and cinematography company specializing in luxury weddings, destination weddings, and cinematic storytelling.

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to manage client communication, social media presence, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations

Handle inquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

Schedule and conduct client meetings.

Share quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

Maintain client databases and project timelines.

Coordinate with photographers, editors, and clients.

Social Media Management

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.

Create posting schedules and content calendars.

Upload reels, stories, and wedding highlights.

Write engaging captions and hashtags.

Respond to comments and DMs.

Track social media growth and engagement.

Operations

Manage wedding schedules and team assignments.

Coordinate album selections and delivery timelines.

Track payments and pending dues.

Ensure smooth execution of all projects.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)

Strong client handling abilities

Social media knowledge (Instagram, Facebook, Canva)

Basic photo/video content understanding

Good organizational skills

Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets knowledge

Preferred Experience

2–5 years experience in wedding industry, events, hospitality, media, or digital marketing.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
