CRM Executive

Location: Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi (Near Deep Hyundai Service Station)

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off: Monday

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with dealers and customers

Follow up on orders, dispatches, and deliveries

Coordinate payment follow-ups and outstanding collections

Handle customer queries and feedback

Maintain CRM records and reports

Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Knowledge of MS Excel and AI tools (ChatGPT,

Experience in customer service, CRM, or telecalling preferred

Organized, proactive, and follow-up oriented

Industry: Men's Ethnic Wear & Formal Wear (Laeden Suits)

Salary: As per experience
