Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef specializing in momos who can prepare a variety of delicious and authentic momos, including veg and non-veg options. The candidate should have experience in Chinese cuisine and maintain high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare different types of momos such as steamed, fried, tandoori, and gravy momos
• Make fresh dough, fillings, and chutneys/sauces from scratch
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion size
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Assist in menu planning and introducing new momo varieties
• Handle bulk orders and ensure timely preparation during rush hours
• Work closely with kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
