Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 / Month + Duty Meal + Performance Bonus
📌 Job Summary:We are hiring an experienced Head Cook / Chef / Halwai / General help / pos management / food presentation specializing in authentic North Indian/south indian/chinese cuisines and Purvanchal cuisine for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) located at Anand Vihar Rapid Metro Station.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Prepare signature menu items including Litti Chokha, Sattu Parathas, Soya Chaap dishes, Chole Bhature, Rajma/Kadhi, and Chaats.
- Manage morning and evening pre-prep (Mise-en-Place) to ensure zero delays during station peak hours.
- Maintain flavor consistency, food quality, and Bain Marie holding standards.
- Ensure strict kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safe food storage practices.
- Oversee portion control and minimize food wastage.
- 📋 Required Qualifications & Skills:3+ years of experience in North Indian QSRs, traditional sweet shops, or regional restaurants.
- Expertise in tawa cooking, roasting (litti/sattu), tandoor/bhatti, and gravy preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-footfall, fast-paced metro station environment.
- Good communication skills and team coordination.
