Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori, and other regional specialties.
  • Follow recipes and ensure accurate cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with menu planning and development.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
