Position : Channel Sales Executive/Manager

Job Summary- The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Split Air Conditioners through distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers. The role involves developing new business opportunities, increasing market share, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Split Air Conditioners.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners within the assigned territory.
- Increase product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
- Generate primary and secondary sales through effective channel management.
- Visit dealers and retailers regularly to build relationships and secure orders.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments.
- Promote new products, seasonal offers, and dealer incentive schemes.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities.
- Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Track inventory levels and support distributors with demand planning.
- Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and sales forecasts.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in dealer and distributor management.
- Knowledge of Split Air Conditioner products .
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- 12th, Graduate
Experience
- 2 to 6 years of sales experience in Split Air Conditioners, HVAC, Consumer Durables, Electrical Products, or Building Materials.
Preferred Industry Experience
