Channel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing DSAs.
• Acquire and onboard new DSA partners.
• Drive MSME loan sourcing and business generation through the DSA channel.
• Ensure achievement of business, disbursement, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in MSME/LAP/Business Loan sales through the DSA channel.
• Strong network and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
• Preferred experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Services organizations.
